I am 6ft, slim, and medium was nice true to size fit all around. This shirt fabric is extremely breathable. I'd reckon if the material were any more breathable you might as well be shirtless yet it remains perfectly opaque and professional. The contrast-inside-collar is a fantastic design touch that really does evevate the polos aesthetics significantly.
