Our grandson who is 9 absolutely loves this remote control. its has lights underneath that change colors as well as music that plays. You can even sync it with your phone to play whatever music you want . It comes with a charging cord in a little what looks like a cloth eye glass case. You will need the older phone charger that plugs into the wall to charge it. The older USB-A wall charger with the bigger slot than the USB-C
