It performed flawlessly, took up almost no space - we plugged it into the 12v cigarette lighter port in the back and my wife rant the power cord from her laptop (in the front seat). Nice little converter! Bought this for my traveling van to recharge batteries while driving. Also works great to power fans and stuff when needed. I have not tried running high draw stuff as I don't want to run out my battery while parked but the fan seems strong so I think it could do it and not overheat.
