So far these feeders have been really great for us and for our cats. My cats always woke me up at 5 am for food, but now the automatic feeder provides the food and I can get some much needed sleep. I also love that they feed the cats at intervals while we are away or at work. My cats acclimated to them very quickly using the instructions in the manual. We've only had them for a month but so far so good!!

I really, really like this product. It was the first one on the market that I was able to find that met my cat's specific medical and dietary needs with the microchip and ability to close when registering another animal in the area AND spreading out feedings to support his needs. I got it quickly and the app has been very user friendly.

Best food bowl on the market. Actually keeps other pets out! Cats don't have to wear an rfid tag bc it works with their microchips. Bought two bowls and one arrived with a glitch, but customer support was quick to respond and find a resolution. Will be purchasing all future bowls from here
