Superior Cotton Blend 600 Thread Count Dash Stitch Hem Sheet Set, Queen, Platinum

I was pleasantly surprised by the cottony-soft feel and weight of these sheets. They are more than I expected for the price. I have been looking for split king sheets and these were 1/4 the price. They are not as heavy as the 1200 thread count - 100% cotton sheets but are NOT silky, slick or scratchy-sand paper rough. The light blue color is true to the picture and is NOT two-toned as described in other reviews. I have a sleep number mattress with a 3 inch memory foam topper and the over-generous depth of the sheets is more than adequate. I plan to purchase a second set.

I'm enjoying these softly crisp sheets as I type! Excellent quality and construction. Did notice a ' vinegar' smell when first opened ... something to be expected because a vinegar solution is used to ' set' the dye coloring. Just wash them in cold water with a fabric softener rinse and the smell is gone for good. The purely Egyptian 300 thread count feels so much like the 600 thread count that I wonder why anyone would spend a significantly more amount of money just to be able to say they have 600. Buy them! Enjoy them! You'll thank yourself after the first night .... right up until the last!
