Miluxas Kitten Heels for Women Pointed Toe Pumps Leather Low Heel Slingback Heels with Buckle Dress Shoes for Dating Party Working Brown 9.5(43)

The sizing wasn't accurate.

The shoes run big. I normally wear a size 9.5 and ordered a 9.5, but they were too large. I attempted to return them to my local Walmart, but was told they couldn't process the refund because the order was from a third-party seller. I then contacted Walmart customer support and was informed they also couldn't issue a refund, but would reach out to the seller. On top of that, the shoes appeared worn and the packaging was very damaged.
