Sofa is completely in assemble. I had to add the additional $89 for a handyman to come out the first handy man was a desaster. He could speak English and bought his whole family out to wait in the car for him. He finally called his wife who was in the car in our driveway and she could speak some English. After 45 mins she advised me that the parts were damaged due to shipping and her husbands time was up. He left the mess over the whole room and fled out. I called Angi and advised that he could not finish the job but felt he couldn't and send someone else out. A second handyman came out and he took apart what the first man did and he had the sofa competed in half hour. No damaged to sofa at all. Sofa looks great now
