Great for parties Simple to use and clean

I was a little nervous when I first used the slush maker. It said take it apart and wash all pieces that touched the slush. Then I read the directions and it was a breeze . Touch under a minute to take apart and just as fast to put it back together again. I've only made fruit juice slush so far. I'll try others when the kids are over. I can drink a juice slush all day long. Just pour the juice up to the minimum line, and choose the mode I want (juice slush), and start it. In about 15 to 20 minutes, I had a juice slush. This even has a soft ice cream mode. It has a recipe page that list a bunch. Coffee milkshake, orange juice slush, cola slush, and classic ice cream modes. That just to name a few. They even have margarita slush recipes. You can make you own concoctions. I tried a little orange slush with a little half and half. It tasted like an orange cream cycle. After I was finished with the orange slush, I save the rest in the refrigerator. Its only juice, when it melts down I can reuse it. I let it warm up a little before I took it apart and cleaned it. It was easy to clean. Put all the dirty parts in the sink and washed it. The only part I couldn't, was the middle freeze tube. When it warmed up, I just wiped it down. Only thing, it doesn't hold 4 gallons. Maybe a ½ gallon, maybe a little more. This will be great for parties, kids and adults. Really great buy.

Be sure to read the manual before using this product. It seems dumb to say but its true that it provides some good tips and tricks. This is a solid dupe of the name brand that everyone knows and is pricy. The lower price point makes this a good alternative. Tips: Be sure to use ingredients that are not too cold and rinse after each use so it doesn't freeze in the internal mechanisms. Additionally rinsing prevents the plastic from becoming stained from any dyes you have in your beverage. This is a great addition to smaller gatherings and special nights in with family when you want something a bit out of the ordinary or fun. Good for teens and adults alike. I tried this with dolewhip (yes that Disney dolewip mix) and it was amazing. I have not used it for any alcoholic mixes but online I've read that is a key opportunity. Overall easy to use, a little bulky but thats the nature of this type of machine and fairly easy to clean (just read the manual for tips/tricks). Join facebook recipe groups for additional tips and tricks on how to use.

i am in love with this!

this is that particular item that you did not know that you needed until it is in your home and churning away. it is perfect for adult gatherings and it is also perfect for kids. there is a setting for ice cream, a setting for coffee and a setting for alcohol. also, regular sodas are fine. just read the guide that explains sugar content and the shushy process. also, it recommends that you let it sit still for at least 4 hours before plugging it in. it comes with a recipe guide but the combinations are really endless. it is large for a specialty item but i have a place to store it between uses. you might want to consider your counter space if you do not have a pantry or a good place to keep it until you want to use it. for me it is not an every day kind of thing but with summer coming up i can see it being used quite frequently. for the cost it is worth it to me. i think anyone with kids will enjoy it or adults who enjoy frozen beverages regularly. it takes about 30 minutes to go from a stack of ingredients to something truly yummy and fun.
