So here is my issue. If you look at the photo of the product, you can clearly see a Bluetooth RGB soundbar included with the PC, keyboard and mouse. When I received my item, there was no soundbar? So I looked at the product specs and what was included and found no mention of a soundbar? Wait what? That's clearly false and deceptive advertising. Most people look at a product photo and expect to get what's in that photo. I also understand some people don't read closely in the pec page on what they are actually getting. In this case. You should not be advertising a product in a photo that is not included. This is not right.

would have thought a new pc running windows 11 for the money would have been a ddr5 or ddr4 system it is not. it is a ddr3 system. computer works. it should work for a bit for the kid ot was purchased for. however the company needs to lower the cost of these builds and state what they truely are rather then mask it under gimics
