I ordered 3 different top rated neck pillows in preparation for a trip to Hawaii. This neck pillow is the winner. It's just the right softness, one pillow was too stiff and large, the other was too thin and floppy. This neck pillow is a nice softness of memory foam, and the pillow isn't too big, and the outer cover is very soft. I haven't used it on a flight yet, but in the living room comparisons this pillow is the winner.
