Easy Spirit Women's Wilt Strappy Sandal

I bought these to replace my favorite Easy Spirit sandals that broke. These are nothing like my old ones. The straps are hard and scratchy, and I know they will cause sores on my ankles. The sandals also have no support, unlike my old ones. Very disappointed. For sizing purposes, I'm usually either 8.5 or 9. I bought these in a 9 and they are on the bigger side of 9. That's okay, though, I could just tighten straps, if it wasn't for the other problems.
