Item shipped and arrived earlier than expected date. The e bike arrive almost fully assembled and the rest was easy to assemble. It also had a full charge and my daughter loves it. No problems yet.

I would love to review the item, but I never received it. Ordered on the 19th. On the 22nd it was delivered to the wrong place. After 25 minutes on the phone with customer service I was assured a new one would be sent and I would receive it by the 25th. Never got it. Another 25 minutes with customer service. I am going to get a refund in 10 business days. 🙄 Never again.

About this review:Walmart fulfilled this order and the fulfillment issues were not the fault of the seller.
