Super happy with this product. I have a small head and it fits me just right, not too tight or super loose. Stays cool for a decent amount of time. About 20 mins, and I can flip in inside out and get more cooling for about another 10 mins. This gives my migraine meds time to kick in. It's soft and flexible even when cold. It simply feels good, even as a light blocking mask. Really love this product and have recommended it to others!
