Convenient clear protein perfect for hydration

I've really enjoyed using this protein powder because it's a refreshing alternative to traditional thick and creamy protein shakes. I love that it's unsweetened, so I can mix it with water or add my own flavor without worrying about unnecessary added sugars. The added electrolytes are especially convenient after a workout or on busy days when I want to support hydration while getting extra protein. I also appreciate the individual stick packs because they're easy to keep in my bag for work, travel, or the gym without having to carry a large container. To me, it's a practical and versatile way to increase my daily protein intake while keeping my routine simple.

I'm need if good protein to add to water

great taste.... lots better than the chalky thick gooey other protein drinks. I would love to find other protein solutions for water that's not bad.

Very good protein powder for a food replacement during a workout

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good protein to put in your water as a replacement for food during a workout of during a time where you are exercising! This packets are great for times where you're not eating and wanna get a good workout in! There is no texture is just a water powder that mixes well! It tastes just as the flavor says!
