the front door portion side was already installed as one piece, as was the side door had hardware already attatched, easiest dog furniture crate of the 3 we have to put together, everything went smooth, all the holes lined up perfectly, for $79.99 was a steal.the only bad thing was the THICK pad is very thin and will not stand up to a dog of any size.
