Good buy

Nice unit with a large basket. Has a keep warm feature just be sure to listen for then end of cook and if you don’t remove right away it will keep your food warm. There’s no user manual but it’s fairly easy to figure out. It’s good to reheat leftovers as well. I seen complaints about it being light weight but it’s fine as long as you place your hand on the unit when pulling the basket in and out. I like being able to see inside with the window and light inside.

Not a good fit for a beginner.

This fryer is definitely not for the beginner. The manual and instructions lack many details that a first-use person would, and should, know. The recipe pamphlet is of no help or use to me, either. The warranty card is useless since there is no address or online site included to submit it. Not even on the box it is packed in. It seems to work just fine but I have to rely on self-taught and/or googling for answers. I did not return it as I am confident I will be able to expand my knowledge, eventually. I also do not like that the power button blinks when not in use and plugged in to an outlet.
