Very good protein powder for a food replacement during a workout

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good protein to put in your water as a replacement for food during a workout of during a time where you are exercising! This packets are great for times where you're not eating and wanna get a good workout in! There is no texture is just a water powder that mixes well! It tastes just as the flavor says!

Really Helped During My Colonoscopy Prep (Yuck!)

I discovered Isopure when I had gastric bypass surgery. I was recently having a colonoscopy and saw this - perfect to stay away from red or purple drinks/food during my prep, and perfect because it gave me protein while fasting for the procedure. Being 72, I think I'll keep this around to get protein in on days I'm not feeling great.
