I Had To Repair A Brand New Wig, Out Of The Box!

Okay, first of al:, I misjudged the color. I watched a video of a woman trying on this exact product and it appeared a bright white in the video. However, when it arrived, it was a shade of grey and too dark. It's not bad; just don't be fulled. Second, and this is a horrible thing: The laces strips of hair were not secured to the wig. The threads were broken in multiple spots and I had to spend a couple hours with a needle and thread, sewing down the hair to the wig.
