Some may not share my opinion but like the fact that this is a "drier" potato salad. It is not "soupy" with mayo. If it has extra mayo on it, it has a dry sensation, that I like. Sometimes it seems like the only vegetable in it is potatoes, which is disappointing, but overall I enjoy it.

The potato salad was very good. The small size was perfect for a dinner for two or even for a lunch for four. It comes in a very handy container that shuts tight so that you can use it as a tree down a picnic and not worried about having to clean up the spills or take another bowl along when it's empty you can throw it away. Everybody enjoyed the great taste.
