Incredible hardware and hands-free cleaning!

After heavily researching and comparing several high-end robotic vacuums, I finally went with the DEEBOT X12 OmniCyclone Package, and it has completely exceeded my expectations. The base station's automation is exactly the kind of sophisticated hardware I was looking for—it handles the self-emptying and mop washing with zero hassle. It also does an unbelievable job keeping up with the daily shedding from my dog, CC. Coming home to spotless floors after our afternoon runs is an absolute game-changer. The included accessory bundle with the extra brushes, pads, and cleaning solution is a massive bonus, giving me everything I need for maintenance without having to buy replacements anytime soon. Highly recommend this for anyone who wants a truly automated, premium clean!

Great vacuum

Loving this vacuum and its accessories. It is very quiet in comparison to our older model. Much more AI advancement and I know I'm not even utilizing it to its full potential!

Not perfect, but pretty good

I first want to mention that we bought the X12 as a replacement for the X11 we recently returned to a 2nd party vendor. E had problems with it after only 3 months. It had started leaking, and the roller mop would not stay in place. It would also start smelling terrible, even with frequent cleanings and roller replacement. We have 3 Newfoundland and their long hair would also get wrapped around the roller daily. The X12 has done much better so far. We've had zero hair wraps, and this model does a much better job drying the roller mop so we haven't noticed any odors so far. The X12 is navigating better, but it does still get stuck on rugs. I guess this odd the trade off for enough suction power to tackle the dog hair. This new model is supposed to pre-spray stains before mopping, which we were hoping would be a plus with dogs that drool, but we haven't seen this function yet, and there have been spots that didn't get cleaned well. With the did we're have, cheap models are a total waste of time. I'd this one lasts, it will be an improvement over the past 3 bits we've had.
