This shirt is really soft. I like clothing with soft thin material, and this fits the bill. I also have always really liked color-blocked modish looks. I suppose this is comfy enough to wear as a nightshirt, but I think it looks like a nice shirt to wear over pants with boots or a knee length dress. I was not sure about the size. I am 5 foot five and weigh 125 pounds, so I generally wear a medium and sometimes even a large. I like my clothes loose and comfortable. The pictures looked as though a small would be OK because the top seemed very loose on the models. I am not very curvy. The fit is perfect! The color is a nice rich blue. One thing I very much appreciated about this item is that the pictures included a “buyer's show,” which displays the item on people of varied sizes in real settings. I wish more companies would offer photos like that in their advertisements. Hired models make everything look good, and one expects clothes to hang off of them. The buyer photos helped me make a sound choice on the sizing. This is a roomy dress. If you are unsure, I would size down.

I love the beautiful blue color and like that that it has cute accent details; the buttons that run down the front, the curved hemline, the longer length in the back. Nice gown

I originally picked this out for myself, but my daughter decided she wanted it. It is a super stretchy soft material, she has plenty of room in it, it's not all that long on her, and she says it feels good against her skin. She had been needing more nightgowns, because hers were getting too small, so I just gave her this one. She slept in it last night, and she says it doesn't make her feel too hot at night, and it's super comfortable to sleep in. I will definitely purchase a couple more for her.
