so far everything works great on it. it's everything they promised. The fingerprint works. the fobs work, and it connects up to Bluetooth so that I can send it a code to let somebody else in. it's kind of cool

Easy Installation, I don't think so.

The lock works exactly as advertised, however it wasn't as easy to install as advertised. The screw holes on the outside of the door lock and the inside of the door lock do not align perfectly so I had to spend quite a bit of time during installation trying to get the screws to find the screw holes.
