Cat water bowls

I got these to use for my cats for water bowls. I was having problems with my cats tipping over their water bowls so I got these to suction to the floor, but any floor with texture will not stick. It has to be a completely smooth surface for the suction cups to stick. The suction is good. I like that the silicone part is separate from the metal bowls which make cleaning easy.
