COOLHUT Big %26 Tall Office Chair
The COOLHUT Big and Tall Office Chair was a bit frustrating to assemble at first. In step 3, one of the screws would not go in completely to secure the arm pad to the armrest frame. I even tried the extra screw provided and had the same issue. I ended up buying a screw that fit, and thankfully that solved the problem. Other than that, assembly went as it should. There were a lot more pieces to put together than I expected, since only the seat and back came assembled and even the footrest had to be attached. It was not difficult, just more involved than other office chairs I have purchased. The instructions were clear, which definitely helped. As for the chair itself, I was pleasantly surprised by how high it raises. That would be great for someone tall who needs extra leg room. The seat is not quite as large as I expected for a “big and tall” chair, but since I am short and petite, it works very well for me. I look for a comfortable chair that I can sit completely upright and sit up higher in and this definitely does that for me. I work from home and spend 8–12 hours a day, 4 to 5 days a week at my desk, so comfort matters a lot. I usually buy big and tall chairs because I like to sit higher for better alignment with my mouse and keyboard. This chair sits higher than any I have owned before, and after trying chairs at all price points, this one works perfectly for me so far. My only other concern is that while the material is soft and comfortable, it feels like it could tear easily over time. Still, overall this is a very comfortable chair that adjusts both very high and very low, and I would definitely recommend it.
