in my order they delivered me a second so far which I returned and the following day they delivered it again I do not know if they charge me for both I'm having trouble right now checking with my bank

This couch started falling apart immediately upon arrival. One of the cup holders popped completely out of the armrest, exposing the unfinished interior of the couch. The surrounding material was damaged, wrinkled, and pulled out with it. The armrest itself feels flimsy and poorly constructed, with noticeable movement. It's not going to hold up normal use. What shocked me most was the TERRIBLE quality. This is the kind of construction I would expect from a bargain-basement clearance item, not a couch being sold for hundreds of dollars. The inside of the armrest looks cheap, hollow, and poorly built. If this is what is visible after only a few days, I have zero confidence this couch will survive long-term use. This wasn't a case of damage after months or years of wear. These issues existed IMMEDIATELY after delivery. If you're looking for a durable, well-made couch, keep scrolling. I deeply regret this purchase and would never buy this product again. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! This seller has some of the worst customer service I have experienced. When I reported that my brand-new couch was already coming apart, I provided photos clearly showing the problems. Instead of taking responsibility, the seller attempted to explain away obvious defects and tell me that everything was “normal.” The most ridiculous claim was that a cup holder that popped completely out of the armrest and exposed the unfinished interior of the couch was supposedly designed to be removable. Anyone looking at the photos can see how absurd that explanation is. The material was damaged, the opening was unfinished, and the cup holder no longer fit correctly afterward. Rather than addressing the defects, the seller offered a $20 partial refund. Offering $20 to compensate for a couch that arrived with major quality concerns is not customer service…it's an insult. What bothered me most was the attempt to convince me that what I was seeing with my own eyes wasn't actually a problem. It felt less like customer service and more like an effort to avoid accountability. Buyers should be aware that if your couch arrives defective, you may spend more time arguing about whether the defect exists than getting it resolved. I would never purchase from this seller again and strongly recommend others avoid them as well.
