The laptop seems to work well for the price. Pictures aren't accurate description of product. The picture shows a card reader that plugs into USB. Instead the card reader was built into the right side of laptop. Which could be considered a plus. The picture makes you think your getting an external CD/DVD player. Not so. But all in all the Laptop so far works well and I'm satisfied. Where else can you get a laptop with win 11 on it for $300.00? The laptop is in S Mode. I wasn't familiar with what that meant. That's my fault. Just means no outside operatring programs. You can only get from Microsoft store. It's similar to Apple products. No outside installations. Which can also be a plus. The apps in MSS are designed to run properly on your system. This process keeps viruses and software that doesn't run properly on your system. In saying that. I would recommend and would purchase again.

i love the 14" size. large enough to comfortably type and do work on, yet thin, lightweight to carry around. i haven't gotten to test out many features like the office or word program yet but the first thing I did was shut off "S" mode (thank you other review) speaker quality is soso but decent for streaming. i like that it has SD card reader, 2 usp ports a SDMI and a C type port. headphone port. no backlite keys. Does whar i need it to do and more.
