So far so good

I have only been taking these for a couple weeks or so but so far I feel ok. I hope it's making a difference in my health. Not a bad deal, you take 2 capsules a day and there are 120 so it's a 60 day supply. It says is supports healthy, blood pressure, promotes heart, brain, sleep/mood, muscle, and bone house. All of those I am desperately trying to get help with because I have issues with being able to stay asleep longer than 5 to 6 hours. I also have low blood pressure which I'm on medication for. I also have muscle/joint pain daily. So I'm really hoping this works.

Multiple benefits!

Although I haven't had enough evidence in my own use of these Cardiotabs Magnesium Plus tablets to speak to all of the claims, I can confirm that leg cramps have disappeared and my system is functioning well to eliminate body waste. My only suggestion for anyone beginning to take magnesium is to start with a low dose (one tablet of this particular product) and build up as your body adjusts. (Otherwise you might find the laxative effect of magnesium to be uncomfortable.)

Good magnesium capsule

I have heard so many good things about taking magnesium. So, I thought i would give these a try. I have been taking them for a week now. I have not had any side effects from this. The capsule is large and I take 2 a day. I have already noticed im sleeping better thru the night, not waking up a dozen times like i use to. This is also suppost to help with mood and other things. I like the small changes I am already seeing so I will definately keep taking these daily.
