So disappointed with this order

I bought a dozen of your forest ornaments. I was very disappointed because the animal is not inside of an actual acorn. It's a flat piece of acrylic with a picture of the animal sitting in the ornament. But on your site, it shows the actual acorn ornament with an animal sitting inside. I ordered a dozen of different animals, and every one of them was not in an actual acorn like it showed on your site. Then all the ornaments came at all different times. Like two in one package and then one in another package and so on. The acrylic ornaments were so cheaply made. What happen that I did not receive the original ornaments that were posted on your site.
