Love the bands

I needed bands for strengthening. I thought I would try. I'm pleasantly surprised. There are four in total. The yellow one you start out at and move your way up to the green, then red then blue. Just starting out though the yellow is enough sometimes I double it to get a little bit more resistance. These are great to take when I travel. I'm going to order a set of these for my mom.

Inexpensive to Try Strength Training Arms

This was an inexpensive 4 pack, so I purchased in order to strengthen my arms. I had knee surgery, and using a cane has shown me that my left arm needs to get stronger.

They are easy and fun to use. I can work out my muscles standing, sitting, or even when I'm lying in bed. My grandchildren now enjoy exercising with them when they come to visit!
