[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the style of this skirt. I think it's so fun to be able to wear it as a skirt or pulled up as a dress. The fabric is so lightweight and flowy which would be fantastic when the sticky summer months roll around. It's amazing for twirling which would be so fun for concerts and photo shoots. The smocking is nice and stretchy without being tight when being worn either way. The sizing feels right on the money. I especially love the huge pockets on both sides! Unfortunately, this skirt is not lined and is super see through. Underwear is visible regardless of the color. In order to be able to wear this I would need to purchase some type of a slip or else delegate it as a beach coverup only. It's disappointing really because everything else is perfect from the sizing, to the quality, to the style.
