Cute but poor quality control

So this would be a very cute clock and a very affordable price, but it looks like they cut the clock out of circles and another circle was cut in the middle of this clock. I have to return it because of that. It's just quality control probably isn't the best but otherwise it would be cute. But I have to return this.
