I bought a size large because I like my blouses a little "baggy". My measurements are 38 C, width from shoulder to shoulder in the front is 14" %26 width from shoulder to shoulder in the back is 17", waist is 30", hips are 39". If you like a snug fit %26 have similar measurements, I would suggest a size medium. I bought my blouse online %26 it arrived with creases in it from being folded. After washing per the instructions, the creases were still present %26 the blouse had to be ironed. The creases can out easily with ironing %26 the blouse looks great. If this is your style blouse, I highly recommend it.
