this jacket was supposed to come with the battery pack and fleece lining however it has neither. The battery pack was not in the package and the liner is made out of plastic foil material. Cheap looking. Not sure how or if it works since I have no battery pack. I also have a problem finding a way to get in touch with the manufacturer as to the fact they have no instructions email info or phone number in or on any of the packaging.can't add photos at this time I had to wrap it up as to it being a gift but I will be returning it as soon as possible.

Awful, just awful. Save your money.

I ordered a 3x in case the jacket ran small. I usually wear a 2x. When I got the jacket out of the package I held it up and it looked more like a L/XL. I then thought maybe it would relax a bit from being out of the packaging. I then tried to put my right arm through the sleeve. I didn't even get it halfway through. The internal heating cords were so tangled up in the sleeve that the sleeve opening was closed up. No diecrions or charging cord were included in the jacket. It really make me wonder if they sent me someone else's return. I returned the coat to a physical store and have not yet received a refund. Absolutely stay away from this jacket and maybe even the 3rd party seller.
