Not exactly as advertised

It had visible scratches along the top, and the battery is not as good as I was led to believe.

Apple Watch

I had an excellent experience with Kiss Electronics. I originally purchased a refurbished Apple Watch from them, and even before they replaced the battery, their customer service was outstanding. They responded quickly to every question I had, were professional, and made the entire process easy. When I noticed the battery health wasn't what it should have been, they stood behind their product and replaced the battery. The watch was returned to me with 100% battery health, and the turnaround time was fast. They kept me updated throughout the repair, and everything was handled smoothly. It's refreshing to find a company that truly stands behind what they sell and provides such responsive customer service. I highly recommend Kiss Electronics and would definitely purchase from them again

It's alright

After swimming no more than 30 mins it turned off and I had it on water lock and now it won't let me press anything on the screen.
