I purchased this for use after a surgery when I needed to sleep propped up and knew that regular pillows would not be supportive enough. This worked really well, was a nice medium size (some I looked at seemed too wide or too small), is flexible in the ways you can configure/use it, and the cover comes off for washing. Sure, it wasn't fun to put back on, but it's doable. Lastly, but importantly, it had zero smell, with is a huge plus. Recommend!
