Also a big plus that they include vitamins, would definitely get these again. Improved my energy and hydration levels which always makes me more productive and feeling my best.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've really liked these so far. The flavors are strong enough that I can put the packet into 32 oz of water without it being too diluted. That's my preference with all electrolyte supplements, I like them in a lot of water. I've noticed they seem to work as well as other popular brands in terms of dehydration and headaches, so that's nice, too. The only downside is they definitely taste a little salty and like electrolytes. It's hard to explain but if you drink these regularly you know the aftertaste.
