Strawberry Shortcake Toddler Girls Sleep Gown, One-Piece, Sizes 2T-5T

Bought this night gown when it was on sale for $6.00 for the child we are adopting. Figured for a character piece of clothing that was a steal of a deal. The material is a light weight soft cotton. It roomy for kids to be a kid in…jumping, stretching and running. I feel like it's perfect for summer nights. It hits at the knees. I have not yet washed it so I don't know about shrinkage. I feel like this is a piece of clothing that you wouldn't care if it got stained it's meant for play and sleep. Kids live in pjs. It's probably isn't built to last for years. But at the same time it's $6.00 and kids grow out of clothes in a blink of on eye. It's a good deal. I honestly think this would be a great gift to give for a birthday present or if you were hosting a birthday slumber party what an awesome thank you/goodie bag gift idea.

Overall I give this nightgown 5 stars, however there are a few minor things I'd like to point out. The front and the back of the nightgown are two separate shades of yellow, which is a bit off putting. The material has polyester in it, so when you wash it, the texture will change a bit if you run it through the dryer. Otherwise, it is a very cute nightgown and still gets 5 stars because I have never seen an article of clothing that contains both Care Bears and Sesame Street on it!
