This was my second time purchasing this item, originally in a ProKeeper baking set. Ordered two more this time for other baking needs. These ProKeeper containers are the perfect size for a bag of flour. The tightness/seal you can feel, you have to push and pull a bit to open and close them. No air is getting in or out. I've also purchased two other packs, the snack box set. BONUS! I got the grey with black latch and silver lining and they look so pretty and professional on my counter.
