Nice Size Cast Iron Skillet!

I absolutely love this cast iron skillet! It's the perfect size for cooking breakfast sausages (shown in the photo) and now I can make a cookie skillet! Oven safe up to 500 degrees, which is a plus and great for all cooktops. After cooking, I allow the skillet to cool completely before cleaning. It doesn't take much to clean. I wash with a dishcloth with water soap water and allow to completely air dry before I seasoned the pan with a little oil. The finish is very polished!

Easy to use in oven handle on both sides.

This cast iron frying pan is lighter than my other ones. Has a handle on both sides?So if you use it in the oven easier to pick up. Cooks food as cast iron is supposed to. Very easy cleanup. It's not a nonstick frying pan , but if you know how to use them , they are like one. Everything came out.Fine was not stuck to the bottom. Instructions for use was packaged in the frying pan it was already seasoned. So just washed it and used it.

Durable ans high quality material.

This is skillet is awesome for red meat, of course you have to let it at low heat first and then start cooking. The surface is so soft and once it heats pretty good it won't stick, the material is so high quality and easy to clean. This size is great to cook for two, it fits good size steaks. Durable material and perfect for stove, oven or grill!.
