Don't size up for tall and skinny kids

Okay my daughter is very tall and skinny she wears m7-8 I got L10-12 BECAUSE it's only Jan and they will be summer underdress shorts but I'm worried they be will huge in summer so I'm hoping they fit. If your child isn't tall and skinny then get your regular size BUT if your child is tall and skinny DONT size up IF you're using them as underdress shorts because they will be baggy.

They're gonna be great for what I need to do is my swimming therapy. So I like them oh with regarding the size.
