I have a chronic health issue that developed after cancer surgery 8 years ago. These Reebock long boyshorts are the most comfortable underwear I have found. They don't seem to be readily available in the retail market, but Walmart has them in stock and at a great price.

Great boy shorts, but I had to order 2 sizes up!

If you like underwear that really snatches your stomach in, order your regular size. If you like underwear that fits you without squeezing you or cutting you in half--order 2 sizes up. I'm normally a large so I ordered large. I have muscular thighs and the underwear would not even go over them. I tried an XL, and it went over my thighs but still cut my stomach. I went to 2XL, and they fit great! No pain, no discomfort, and the thighs fit perfectly. I can bend, lift my legs and walk without the thigh band moving up. A true game changer for muscular thighs! I can't speak on their seamless nature, but I assume it's only true around the butt and crotch. The thighs have stitched bands that will surely show under tight pants. The comfort and grip of these underwear far outweighs their not-fully-seamless nature, however. I definitely recommend these!

Super soft and comfy! I can't wear regular women's underwear because they cut into my legs. I would recommend these boy shorts . They do roll up a little but that is less so since washing several time.
