Gives what you need

My body can tell when I use a different vitamin -- and so can my nutrient tracker. This provides the most of what you need without going overboard. Highly recommend.

Feel good vitamins!!

Very large capsule shaped tablets can be difficult to swallow. Seem to be well absorbed with no negative side effects. Recommended for those with no issues swallowing.

Great vitamins and new color

I have been taking these vitamins for at least 30 years. If I go on a trip and forget them I don't feel as good. I was surprised when I opened the newest bottle that they were purple not pink. I was a little worried that something had happened, so I was very happy when I checked their site and they explained the new color!
