Yep. Seven days!
I have a job that I completely enjoy where I work with my hands. Over time it was getting harder and harder for me to grab tools, pick up small items, and completely close my fingers into a fist. I had heard about turmeric and wanted to give it a try. 7 was recommended by the person at my coop and I got the small bottle to give it a try. In less than seven days I noticed a difference, I could start to close my fingers into a fist again. I have continued to take it daily since the first trial run. It really does work!
