Great for tired eyes, and headaches!

This eye mask has a snug contoured shape that hugs the curves of your eye area, so the cold gel really makes contact where it counts (under eyes, lids, and temples). I bought this because I tend to leave the television on when I goto seep. I don’t need to see the television, it's just background noise, and this product blocks the light. I didn't really buy them for the "heating/cooling" portion, but I'm sure the gel will hold the temperature.
