Operating Steps
1. Install the printer driver. Two USB cables come with the package. Connect both cables to your computer at the same time. One is for software and tutorial access, the other is for decryption. Download and install the driver application.
2. Install the ink supplies.
3. Open the printer software to check device status.
4. Import your target image in the software. Set print length, width and height parameters.
5. Place your item on the printer platform.
6. Click print button to start your printing job.

Don't waste your money! This printer is trash!

We've wasted over $2500 purchasing this printer. The printer came without instructions and without necessary parts to print efficiently and efficiently. Customer support is poor. We email and send messages through the app but it takes days to get a response. Without ChatGPT we don't have known that we needed the necessary parts for the item. Now we can't get our money back because there are no returns. The worst part about it is that the information is in Chinese. No solution to our issue. I wish we could drop this printer off at Walmart and get our money back. This is a total waste of money. NEVER buy foreign equipment unless you are able to get technical support on the spot. We've only wasted ink trying to get this printer to work. Pouring money down the drain!
