A little on large size

So you might want to size down. 8 is my normal size so ordered the 8- 8 1/2. They were a little large and I have wide feet. Walking in them felt off due to the memory foam seeming a little high and the looseness of the fit. I went ahead and washed in cold and dried on high heat and now they are perfect, I really like them. Personally instead of sizing down drying them in the dryer seems the way to go since washing/ drying a sized down version might shrink them too much.
