I want to start off by saying that the size does run small, I read that in a review online and decided to get a 2XL when I usually wear an XL, and it fits great. That being said, it does the job. Putting on the suit for the first time, I could tell that the material was not cheap. I was worried that wearing it would be uncomfortable, but it wasn't at all. If you're looking for an affordable sauna shirt, this is worth every dime. I included a picture of the suit and a picture of the material on the inside.
