Great item and great seller!

I don't usually write reviews but I am extremely impressed with both the tv stand and the seller. After looking at a number of stands I decided to take a chance on this one. I was not disappointed. This stand came packed better than most items you get online. There was sufficient packing material that nothing was loose or rattling. Most items you have to assemble have all the parts together in one bag and you have to try to identify what is what. This stand had the different components in different bags that were clearly labeled with the corresponding assembly instructions. Speaking of which, I was panicked when I first unpacked everything and could not find the assembly instructions. I immediately sent an inquiry to the seller but had little hope I would ever hear anything back from them. I expected I would end up taking everything back to Walmart and ordering a different stand. Before repacking everything I searched again and found the instructions had stuck to a piece of the packing material. From there it was fairly easy to assemble the stand. I'm no mechanical genius and usually find assembly to be difficult with many errors before I can get it done. Not with this stand. The instructions are pictorial rather than written, but everything was easily understood and easy to accomplish with how well the various parts were packaged separately. Assembly was not difficult but probably took me longer than it would most people as nothing is intuitive to me. Still it was only about an hour. Oh, as for the inquiry I sent the seller, I was shocked when I had a response before the next day with a link to the instructions on line. As you can probably tell I am very pleased with everything. The quality of the stand is excellent and the customer service was outstanding. This is probably what you should expect, but what you seldom get, with items like this. I highly recommend this tv stand to anyone looking for a heavy duty item. I'm using it with a 50" tv and have no worries of it tipping over.
