Great headphones with subpar software.

After wearing these all day, they're still comfortable. The fit around my ears avoids putting pressure on my ear cartilage, causing pain like on-ear styles. They are built with adult-size heads in mind and don't feel like I'm wearing a vise grip on my head. The equalizer is a nice amenity, but I hate the app interface %26 options. The ANC detects whether you're moving or staying still and gives an auditory indicator when it switches. If you're cleaning/cooking/or doing anything where you move for 5 seconds and stop for 5 seconds then you get the auditory “bloop” of the headphones detecting whether you're moving or still - interrupting the flow of your listening.

It’s great to hear that the lightweight design and over-ear fit are providing that pressure-free experience you were looking for.Regarding the "bloop" sound you mentioned, that is part of the Adaptive Sound Control feature. Since you find the switching indicators a bit disruptive while multitasking, you can actually customize this for a seamless flow. Simply open the Sony | Sound Connect app, head to the "Status" tab, and you can either toggle Adaptive Sound Control off entirely or enter the settings to disable the "Notification Tone When Switching."
