Great headphones with subpar software.

After wearing these all day, they're still comfortable. The fit around my ears avoids putting pressure on my ear cartilage, causing pain like on-ear styles. They are built with adult-size heads in mind and don't feel like I'm wearing a vise grip on my head. The equalizer is a nice amenity, but I hate the app interface %26 options. The ANC detects whether you're moving or staying still and gives an auditory indicator when it switches. If you're cleaning/cooking/or doing anything where you move for 5 seconds and stop for 5 seconds then you get the auditory “bloop” of the headphones detecting whether you're moving or still - interrupting the flow of your listening.

It’s great to hear that the lightweight design and over-ear fit are providing that pressure-free experience you were looking for.Regarding the "bloop" sound you mentioned, that is part of the Adaptive Sound Control feature. Since you find the switching indicators a bit disruptive while multitasking, you can actually customize this for a seamless flow. Simply open the Sony | Sound Connect app, head to the "Status" tab, and you can either toggle Adaptive Sound Control off entirely or enter the settings to disable the "Notification Tone When Switching." This way, your ANC will stay consistent (or switch silently) without interrupting your music.Thank you for choosing Sony! Regards, Dominick
