The whole stability need to update

I don't know if this is a all Win problem, but sometimes, the system just crashes for no reasons. Also, I have an external monitor, when I shut the screen(not the system), the monitor would not immediately show up for every time. Sometimes, it just keeps black, I need to re-tap the battery button and open it.

Horrible life-span, terrible software, and support

This has been one of the worst computers I've ever owned. It seems to have a average time-to-failure of around 15 months, with exorbitant repair fees (very nearly the cost of it, new). I've had this one for less than 3 years, and the battery/system board has failed - and is failing a second time. The cooling fans have NO control system as their proprietary software will no longer install or function, so as a "Gaming Laptop", it rapidly overheats to the point it is painful to the touch.
